The following policies apply to any order cancellations, replacements, or refunds that originated from our online store at www.homenurseshop.com , where applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY For subscription orders, you may cancel your upcoming order any time before the scheduled charge date. Once the order has been charged and processed, we are unable to cancel it.

A reminder email will be sent to you 3 days prior to your charge date, giving you the opportunity to confirm, adjust, skip, or cancel your subscription order. Changes made to the account after the charge date will apply to future orders only. Adjustments can be made by logging into your account or by contacting us at hello@homenurseshop.com.

Home Nurse® reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason and will notify the customer if such a situation arises. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances related to misuse, abuse, or manipulation of any Home Nurse® cancellation, replacement, or return policies or processes.

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY For health, safety, and sanitary considerations, we cannot accept returns on our products. If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason, or if you have received a damaged product, please contact us at hello@homenurseshop.com, and we will address your concerns promptly.

Refunds are not issued after 30 days from the receipt of the product, as confirmed by the delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier, nor on large orders consisting of multiple packages. Products are eligible for refund requests on the first order only, and limited to once for each individual product. Orders with multiple boxes of the same product will not qualify for a full refund; in such cases, a refund will be processed for only one box.
